Do we meet you in the terminal at Heathrow?
Yes we do, we have a check in desks at Terminals 1, 3, 4 and 5

Do we take you directly to your hotel?
Yes we do, you may be part of a small group of customers serving no more than 4 hotels.

Do we pick you from you hotel?
Yes we do.

Do we take you to your departure terminal?
Yes we do.

Can I book on-line through another Go Shuttle company?
Yes you can.

Can I change my booking?
Yes you can providing it is 12 hours before your arrival or departure at London Heathrow Airport.

If my flight arrives early or late can I still take a ride?
Yes we will ensure your able to take the next available shuttle bus.

If I am flying into London Gatwick can I still use Hotel by Bus?
Yes you can.
